While out on a job for their neighbor, Biak and her husband approached me to clean the exterior of their home because they needed to get it ready to put on the market. The home has a lot of algae on the north side facing the street for everyone to see so that was definitely the focal point. The other sides had a black streaks underneath the siding but after an hour of applying our chemical soft washing progress we had the house cleaned like new.
