Today we had the opportunity to help out our client Clay. He called us to clean up his house before he put it on the market because he’s looking to relocate. When selling a house you want everything to be in the best shape possible including the exterior of your home, otherwise the appraiser or buyer will deduct this cost from the total amount. With being able to help Clay get his house clean we were able to add value to the his home and hopefully increase listing price.
